Maryanne Marsters for Napier

Maryanne Marsters is an educator with 14 years experience in tertiary education.

She is a caregiver with seven years experience caring for her elderly father. She uses her skills to help people transition into and through stages of learning.

Respect and reciprocity underpins her need to give back to the region and country that raised her, educated her, and became home.

Maryanne is drawn to the need for safe and healthy environments. Where there is employment for all. Where there are healthy and affordable homes, safe communities and sustainable environments. She has been involved with diverse communities and churches for many years, and serves on Boards.

Maryanne has a Master of Library and Information Science from Victoria University, and a degree in Computing Systems from the Eastern Institute of Technology. She enjoys the outdoors and being creative.
